1. Welcome to LoopaLoop
This guide takes you step by step through using LoopaLoop.app, the platform for exchanging used items with LoopaPoints.

First login: what to do
After registration, check your email inbox and click on the confirmation link. You won't be able to list items without verification.
Before listing, browse the ads to understand how listings are structured and what LoopaPoint prices are common in your area.
2. The Ledger
The Ledger is the control center for your account. You can find it by clicking on the dedicated menu item.

3. How to Publish
Publishing an item is simple. Here is the complete procedure:
Step 1: Create Listing
From the My Listings section in The Ledger, click the "Create Listing" button.
Step 2: Upload photos
Upload up to 5 photos. Use natural light and show all angles.
Do not use photos taken from the internet. Listings with non-original photos are removed immediately.

3.1 The LoopaBox
The LoopaBox is a special listing format that allows you to sell multiple items together in a themed "box" at a fixed LoopaPoints price.
Fast Clearance
Clear out clutter fast. Create bundles based on themes (Hobby, Baby, Tech).
Fixed Price
Set a single LoopaPoints value for the entire container.
Verification
Minimum 3 real photos showing the actual contents are required.

Basic membership is free! You can publish up to 5 items. For advanced features, check our paid plans.
Do LoopaPoints expire?
LoopaPoints expire 12 months after the last subscription renewal or top-up. Keep the loop active!
Can I cancel an exchange?
Yes, you can cancel an offer or exchange at any time before handover without penalty.
What about cash?
LoopaLoop is strictly 100% cashless. Selling items for money is forbidden and leads to account suspension.
